This company is awesome. I’ve been using them for a number of years and they always do the best work ever. Today I booked them to clean the gutters, roof cleaning and moss treatment. They literally work their tales off to ensure everything is in perfect order before leaving. He even hosed and whipped down the outside of the gutters. Super easy to work with – online scheduling, invoicing and quotes. If you have any questions you can always call as well – Kyla is great. The pricing is totally fair for the quality of work that is performed. I wouldn’t call anyone else because frankly I don’t like crawling around on my roof!

We don’t get our windows washed often enough, and we think we used Clear Skies years ago, so we called them again after seeing a huge number of positive reviews. Our experience recently matches their advance hype! From estimate to communication to work on site to worker communication to final bill, we’re really delighted.

We had them power wash our house, which was dirty from all the nearby home construction, and also wash windows inside and out. They gave us a good estimate, and then while on site updated us when the power washing appeared to take longer. This was reasonable, because the house was very dirty, and they only went 30 minutes above the upper end of the range in the estimate.

They worked fantastically well around obstacles we couldn’t move inside and out, and cleaned everything up around the workspace as well. Our house is sparkling, and we’re very happy to be able to see outside again…

So pleased with the work that Clear Skies has done! We are fairly new homeowners, and having grown up in the Midwest, we didn’t realize the necessity of moss treatments until we heard dripping in our chimney from the moss and pine needles on our roof! We arranged for a roof cleaning, moss treatment, and gutter cleaning about a month out. Much to my surprise, we got a call 2 weeks later, saying we could have our work done the following day, instead. Hooray! The work was done quickly, quietly, and expertly. I peeked out the window mid-repair and noticed a gigantic pile of needles and crud on my front walkway (ugh, that was on the roof?). When I looked again, not a needle remained! We’ll definitely go with Clear Skies again in the future.

Hi Timothy,

I want to let you know how much we appreciate the work Vance did yesterday.  Extraordinary. Whatever philosophy you are promoting with your employees, and however you are finding your employees, it sets you apart.  Vance was punctual, polite, he listened carefully to my specific requests and communicated frequently throughout the day so that our expectations of what would be happening next were clear.  He worked us through the challenge of resetting on the quoted work so that all the work could be done in the right order.  He then spent a very very long, cold, wet day doing a spectacular job of cleaning- cheerfully and with complete commitment and attention to detail.  When I arrived home at 6:00, he was busily doing a last rinse, and planning to fill my dog’s bowl with fresh water.  I really could hardly believe my delighted eyes as I surveyed the cleanliness of the site as he finished up.

Everyone here is still marveling at the quality, commitment and effort Vance delivered.  Whatever the Koolaid is that you are mixing up, if you could sell it to every other service provider, you’d be a zillionaire.   That you and thank Vance.

Excellent job of cleaning my long neglected roofs, skylights and gutters.  I live out of state and was able to communicate with the worker via phone and photos.  The job was bigger than the basic cleaning and he did an excellent job for a fair price.  Highly recommend this company.  Ethical people who go above and beyond in order to deliver a quality service.

Prompt responses from the company and scheduled services immediately. Got our roof zinc treated and gutters cleaned. They forgot to take off a service that we didn’t want (tree trimming) and just didn’t charge us for it, which is awesome. The guys who came out were incredibly friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!

These guys came out to clean our windows and pressure wash our decks. They were professional and nice gentlemen and did an awesome job with the pressure washing. Initially I was disappointed in their window washing because I saw streaks on a few of the windows. However these guys were nice enough to make another trip out here to double check. Turns out the streaks are a result of a manufacturer defect and actually between the double windows. Overall I am satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

They went the extra mile for me. When I told them I had a leak coming from a vent on the roof, they said while they were up there, they would seal it for me for a small price. So not only does the roof look great for a reasonable price but I have no worries going into the fall with any leaks. I dont normally write reviews on here but these guys were awesome.

Clear Skies Cleaning did excellent work for us.  The office was easy to work with, scheduling was a breeze, the crew that came to clean all of our windows and screens (inside and out) contacted me when they were on their way, arrived on time, were very professional and also very personable, and did outstanding work.  We’ve lived in this house for 19 years and have used other window/screen-cleaning services before, and the windows have *never* looked this good.

Great experience from quote to clean up!  Price was reasonable, scheduling was quick and everything was taken care of via email which is perfect for someone who is anti-social and hates phone calls like me!  Really have to give kuddos on the clean up job, I came home wondering where the messy moss balls were and the crew had swept and placed everything in the yard waste.  Thanks!

These guys did a great job of cleaning the roof and gutters of my house and the roof and gutters of the Bikur Cholim synagogue buildings. We inadvertantly overpaid, and they called me to let me know and to issue a prompt refund. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I would definitely recommend them.

We had Clear Skies wash all of our windows inside and out. They were right on time, meticulous, professional, and fast working. Their estimate was also spot on with what we ended up paying. They also clean screens, which is something to think about if you’re having them do your windows. We had three years worth of grime on everything and now it all looks great.

Just got my exterior windows cleaned. He did a great job and was very through (not just spray and squiggy). I had him look at my gutters too and he was about to complete that as well. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I’ll keep this simple. We had not cleaned our roof for three years – and it’s a large house – the guy that came over to clean it, Vance, was courteous and thorough, and did a wonderful job. And the price was very, very fair. We’ll definitely use Clear Skies again.

I was running a tight schedule because of a landscaping project, and Clear Skies graciously fit me into their already busy week to come out and de-moss my roof.  Brought them back after the landscaping for a pressure-wash to remove the moss and landscaping debris from the pavement in front of my garage.  Exceptionally pleasant and hard working with excellent results.  Well worth the money.

I found Clear Skies on Yelp and they were great. The worker was a little early and I was just leaving for a couple hours. When I returned, everything was done, and my husband said the guy was great. I corresponded with the owner, Tim, via e-mail to handle everything. Would highly recommend to anyone. They cleaned the gutters, handled the moss on the roof, applied the moss solution, cleaned the skylight and cleaned up after themselves.

This guy understands Customer Service!  Very friendly on the phone and promptly got back to us when he had viewed the roof and gutters to be cleaned.  While doing the cleaning, he called to tell us he had found a tool from a workman on the roof, and told us where he hid it on the property!  Very satisfied, and we will use him again!

We have always done our own gutters but decided to hire someone this year. That decision was only made better by the fact that I selected Clear Skies. Davinci did an amazing job with the gutters and moss on the roof. And to my surprise, his clean up was thorough and way beyond my expectations. Their price is very good for the services received. I called these guys based on reviews here on Yelp.  I needed someone to work on my roof to remove moss and clean gutters in time for putting it on the market. I had another company lined up but they couldn’t make it and at the last minute I really needed help.  Clear Skies not only fit me in to a very tight schedule, but they did a terrific job.  This company is terrific and I am grateful for their fast and fabulous job!

Reached out to these guys for gutter cleaning and roof clearing services. Just had some light moss on the roof that needed cleared off. Sent a request for a quote through their website and got a response back within 24 hours or so with a full quote. I called on a Saturday to set up a time for them to come out and they were able to come out that next Monday which I was very happy about.

I didn’t even have to be home for them to complete the work, which was very nice and they were even mindful of my dogs, which were out in the yard (and I’m sure were barking at them the whole time).

They completely cleaned out our gutters, cleaned off the roof and laid down Zinc powder to clear off any remaining moss the next time it rains. They also did a very good job of cleaning up. There was no trace of any debris from them clearing our gutters which had accumulated quite a bit of gunk. They even cleared our front porch and lawn area of leaves that had accumulated since I last cleaned up over the weekend! That was very unexpected, but a pleasant surprise when I got home.

They also provided the invoice right after completion and it was the exact price of the quote! That may not sound like a big deal, but that’s probably the first time that’s happened since we’ve owned our home as other companies always ended up charging a little more than the quote.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service they provided and will likely be using them every year from now on!

DaVinci just left and I couldn’t be happier with service provided.   He was very personable and worked his tail off today!   The scheduling process was easy and the rates are extremely reasonable.   They also have options for a couple levels of cleaning, so you aren’t paying a set rate if you just want the basic service and you can decide if you want to pay for extra cleaning.  Low pressure/no pressure sales approach on the upsell.

They clean without pressure washing, saving wear and tear on your roof.  Afterwards DaVinci cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they had been there (ok…the deck may have actually been cleaner after he was finished).

Overall they did a great job and I am extremely pleased with the services rendered.   I will definitely call them again next time I need my roof cleaned.   Could not give a stronger recommendation.  A++++

Perfect.  Although I only had a small gutter and downspout cleaning, and this is a popular small local business, Timothy fit me in his schedule promptly and for a very fair price.  Da Vinci was on time, worked hard and very friendly with a great mindset…hope there are lots more like him on the planet!  Will call Clear Skies again!

Timothy was great. Had him do our exterior windows, gutters, and roof – all which had not been cleaned in the 5 years we’ve owned this place. He dropped off a quote the same day I emailed him and everything was done within the week. Was courteous, has reasonable rates and everything looks great. We had great experience with Tim and his employee…very professional and friendly. Quoted us over the phone, then confirmed once here…not only did he clean a ton of windows in a new house (to us) that likely hadn’t been cleaned in 10+ years, he also cleaned out the gutters and the moss off the roof after realizing this probably should be done too!  They worked for 4 hours on Saturday morning, and the windows look incredible…we appreciate looking through clean windows on a rare sunny day!!!  Definitely will keep working with Clear Skies and have them out a couple times a year…thanks a bunch!

Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced! Tim promptly returned my phone call and showed up when he said he would be there. He cleaned my gutters in just over an hour and even took care of the moss on my roof too. As an added bonus he left my front walkway cleaner than he found it. The next time I need my gutters cleaned or windows washed I will be calling Clear Skies Window Cleaning. He even managed not to wake up my daughter while she was napping. Awesome!
