Gutter Cleaning Info To Include In Quote:

• Surrounding perimeter gutters / just in the front & back / all sides / minimal. 
• We offer LeafGuard System Cleaning (Please specify if you have gutter guards of any kind of gutter covers so we can accurately quote you)
• We can do minimal gutter repairs such as leaks, replacing screws and tap in nails. If needed, where are the repairs located on the house? What type of repair?
• Do you have clogged downspouts? If so, how many? And where are they located? 

Reasons to maintain your gutter cleaning:

Gutters that suffer improper care will accumulate moss, leaves, Pine cones, Evergreen needles and even kids toys.  These debris in addition to standing water can weigh well over a hundred pounds and damage the angle of the gutter (known as the gutter’s pitch line). If that pitch is lost due to excess weight, standing water can back up away from the downspout and into the home or even overflow into the home’s foundation, possibly flooding your basement.

2. We first blow off loose debris that are in the valleys and on the hips and ridges from the roof (leaves, needles, sticks and branches)
3. Hand clean (dip) and/or air blow the interior of gutters
4. Tidy up the yard and blow off the decks, sidewalks, and driveways affected
5. Our goal is to leave your surrounding areas better than when we started
6. If debris is visual in elbow or a hallow sound doesn't come from elbow we disassemble and unclog the elbow ($28.50-40/each)

• Exterior Skylights ($20/ each)
• Gutter cleaning includes two free downspout elbow unclogging(s).  $28.50/ea after two. Riveted rather than screwed downspout elbows are an automatic charge. In the very rare cases of complicated and labor intensive obstructions the price may range from $45-$59 each downspout.

• Patch leaky Gutters with a silicone patch (39.50/each seam)
• Remove and take away large bags of moss, leaves, needles and debris. ($50/ each large bag)
• Gutter Whitening - Exterior (visible) side of gutters can be cleaned at our time and material rate ($120/hour) Usually about 1.5 - 2 hours. * About 90% of the exterior gutters we clean are mounted to fascia boards only exposing the front and bottom of the gutter. This is what we are quoting for normally unless you have gutters floating with the back exposed, let us know to get the quote done right from the start.
